Since missing the last two ARBA Conventions, it will be great to see my rabbit friends from all across the U.S. at the big Ohio Mini-Convention. Besides the usual big annual show, they are hosting 9 National shows. There will be lots of folks there this year. Looking forward to the fun shopping, lunches and dinners with friends and seeing many of the top animals in the country being shown. There should be over 10,000 rabbits entered.

Remember the great deal I mentioned on the 3/15 blog? At Home Depot last weekend, they now have Odorban in a travel size spray bottle for just $1.00. What a great little thing to have! Refresh a hotel room, bunny mobile (your vehicle), carrier cage and more. Small enough to pack into your rabbit show supply bag.
Let your local show secretaries know the Holland Lop club has a new sweepstakes chairperson. They are to request sanctions and send their 2015 show reports to:
Cheri Bushee PO Box 27 Spencerville, IN 46788 [email protected] New forms are at www.hlrsc.com Most rabbit clubs have a First Aid kit on hand at their shows. It's a good thing to have and let's not forget our furry friends. Throw in a bottle of Quik Stop in case a rabbit breaks a toenail during show day. There are squeeze bottles that you can "spray" the powder on instead of dipping the foot/nail. Much better and smarter.
The Maine State club held their annual banquet on Sunday, April 12th. Hollands were the most shown breed in the State. The Blackberry Farm rabbits came in 2nd in the State and 4th in All breed sweepstakes. Not bad as there were quite a few Maine shows we didn't attend.
I pulled out BBF's Thistle and BBF's Briar, littermate brothers, the other day and got new "Senior Class" photos. Posing Hollands for photos is such a chore and not one I do often. Usually with mixed results. They "boys" are just so busy and curious, they are moving targets.
